ONE HEALTH (SAÚDE ÚNICA): INTERFACES ENTRE SAÚDE HUMANA, ANIMAL E AMBIENTAL NO CONTEXTO DA SUSTENTABILIDADE GLOBAL

A abordagem One Health (Saúde Única) consiste em um modelo interdisciplinar que reconhece a interdependência entre saúde humana, animal e ambiental, propondo ações integradas para promoção da saúde global e sustentabilidade. Nesse contexto, este estudo teve como intuito analisar as interfaces entre esses três eixos, discutindo os impactos das interações entre seres humanos, animais e meio ambiente na saúde coletiva e na promoção de práticas sustentáveis. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, de abordagem qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva, realizada entre os meses de abril e maio de 2026. A busca dos estudos ocorreu nas bases de dados Periódicos CAPES, SciELO, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Wiley Online Library e PubMed. Foram utilizados descritores relacionados à Saúde Única, sustentabilidade, zoonoses, saúde planetária e vigilância em saúde, combinados pelos operadores booleanos AND e OR. Após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, 17 artigos científicos compuseram a amostra final. Os resultados evidenciaram que desequilíbrios ambientais, mudanças climáticas, perda da biodiversidade e intensificação das interações entre humanos e animais favorecem o surgimento de zoonoses e agravos à saúde coletiva. Observou-se ainda que a vigilância integrada e as políticas intersetoriais constituem estratégias essenciais para prevenção de crises sanitárias e fortalecimento da sustentabilidade global. Portanto, a abordagem One Health representa importante instrumento para promoção da saúde global, exigindo ações interdisciplinares, fortalecimento da governança e integração entre diferentes setores sociais e científicos.
