This study discusses the importance of promoting mental health in the school environment, considering the specific needs of early childhood education, elementary school, and high school. The analysis shows that each stage presents unique demands, such as initial socio-emotional development, bullying prevention, and vocational guidance, requiring differentiated and integrated strategies. Topics such as the influence of digital technologies, the need for consistent public policies, and the role of family and school in building emotional and social bonds were addressed. It is concluded that education, by integrating emotional care into the curriculum, contributes to the holistic development of students and to the construction of a healthier and more resilient society.
