Abstract

This article discusses the role of assistive technologies in supporting students with learning disorders, analyzing their pedagogical and socio-emotional relevance. Based on a review of recent studies, it is evident that such resources expand access to knowledge, foster autonomy, and strengthen students’ self-esteem. The text addresses different types of assistive technologies, their impacts on the teaching-learning process, challenges related to teacher training and school infrastructure, as well as future perspectives with the use of artificial intelligence and augmented reality. It concludes that the integration of assistive technologies into everyday school life is essential for building inclusive, equitable, and transformative education.
