This paper discusses the application of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) in education, highlighting their pedagogical impacts, available resources, and future perspectives. Immersive technologies provide innovative experiences that increase student motivation, facilitate the understanding of complex concepts, and promote active learning methodologies. Furthermore, they contribute to educational inclusion by allowing different student profiles to access content adapted to their needs. Despite challenges related to costs, infrastructure, and teacher training, VR and AR represent new pedagogical frontiers capable of transforming education and preparing citizens for the challenges of the 21st century.
