This article discusses the importance of the democratic construction of the School Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP), highlighting its role as a management tool and as the identity of the institution. The analysis covers different stages of basic education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, High School, and Youth and Adult Education (EJA), showing how the PPP must be developed in a participatory way, involving teachers, managers, students, families, and the community. The text emphasizes that the PPP is a living document, constantly revisited, and that its legitimacy depends on democratic management and the appreciation of diversity.
