Abstract

This article presents an interdisciplinary analysis of the impacts and paradigms of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the fields of Law and Management, advocating for a critical and interdisciplinary approach. The research demonstrates that AI, grounded in paradigms such as symbolic, connectionist, evolutionary, and probabilistic, is transforming traditional practices. In management, it optimizes recruitment processes and project management through predictive algorithms, granting agility and competitive advantage. In Law, its application in sentencing and judicial proceedings requires caution to prevent biased decisions and guarantee fundamental rights. However, the benefits of AI are accompanied by significant ethical and legal challenges, such as the potential for algorithmic discrimination, lack of transparency, and privacy violations. The article emphasizes that overcoming these obstacles depends on the integration of technology, Law, and Management. Interdisciplinarity emerges as a central pillar for developing models that reconcile efficiency with principles of justice, equity, and proportionality. As a solution, the study advocates for the adoption of hybrid models, where AI acts as an auxiliary tool rather than a replacement for human analysis. Furthermore, it stresses the need for constant audits, professional training, and, crucially, the promotion of diversity within development teams to mitigate biases. The conclusion reinforces that only a path guided by ethical responsibility, transparency, and collaboration between fields of knowledge will allow AI to serve the common good, fostering a more just and inclusive society.
