This article discusses the concept of “Educating Those Who Educate”, reflecting on the need to rethink teacher training in a world marked by rapid social, cultural, and technological transformations. Teacher education cannot be limited to technical or methodological aspects; it must also embrace ethical, human, and socio-emotional dimensions, preparing educators to act as mediators of knowledge and agents of social transformation. Based on authors such as Paulo Freire, António Nóvoa, and José Carlos Libâneo, the text highlights new horizons for teacher training, emphasizing the importance of professional appreciation, the integration of digital technologies, the promotion of diversity and inclusion, as well as ethical and democratic commitment.
