This article discusses Environmental Education as a tool for social transformation, highlighting its importance in shaping critical and conscious citizens in the face of contemporary environmental and social challenges. The analysis addresses its integration into different contexts, schools, communities, companies, and public policies, emphasizing its role in building a fairer and more sustainable society. Furthermore, the main challenges and perspectives of Environmental Education are presented, as well as practices and experiences that demonstrate its potential impact.
