Structural litigation emerges as a paradigmatic evolution in Law, surpassing the traditional model to handle complex collective lawsuits. Grounded in a dialogic and multipolar approach, it transforms the Judiciary from a mere decision-maker into an orchestrator of proactive solutions. Inspired by sociology, it requires a managerial judge to coordinate the development and monitoring of intervention plans that reorganize structures causing violations. Applied in cases such as the Brumadinho disaster, it proves to be a transformative and essential instrument for enforcing rights in contemporary society.
