This chapter aims to analyze workplace bullying and its psychosocial repercussions on workers’ health. The methodology is based on a qualitative literature review, supported by classical and contemporary authors such as Heinz Leymann and Marie-France Hirigoyen, as well as recent studies in occupational health. The findings indicate that workplace bullying is strongly associated with psychological distress, including anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and burnout syndrome, in addition to impairments in interpersonal relationships and job performance. It is also observed that organizational environments characterized by rigid hierarchies and authoritarian management tend to facilitate such practices. The study concludes that addressing workplace bullying requires effective institutional policies, the promotion of healthy work environments, and preventive strategies focused on mental health, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary approaches for early identification and intervention.
