Access to justice is a fundamental pillar of the Democratic Rule of Law. This article analyzes the experience of the Itinerant Justice program of the Court of Justice of Rondônia (TJRO), which took place in Vila Princesa on March 15, 2025. The study, qualitative in nature and based on document analysis, investigates how this action, by offering specialized legal assistance in areas such as Civil, Family, and Consumer Law, acts as an instrument for democratizing access to justice. The research focuses on the structural aspects, implementation methodology, and results of the event, examining its contribution to reducing social inequities and ensuring agile and effective assistance. The importance of collaboration between public authorities and academic institutions, such as the Catholic Faculty of Rondônia, in promoting social inclusion is also highlighted. It is concluded that Itinerant Justice constitutes an innovative and transformative practice, capable of making the right to access to justice effective for populations in historically underserved areas, providing valuable subsidies for future public policy formulation.
