METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS E QUALIDADE DA EDUCAÇÃO NA PROMOÇÃO DE PROCESSOS DE APRENDIZAGEM CENTRADOS NO ESTUDANTE

As transformações educacionais contemporâneas têm evidenciado a necessidade de superar modelos tradicionais de ensino e ampliar práticas pedagógicas que valorizem o protagonismo discente. Nesse contexto, as metodologias ativas destacam-se como estratégias capazes de promover processos de aprendizagem centrados no estudante, favorecendo a autonomia, participação e construção significativa do conhecimento. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as contribuições das metodologias ativas para a promoção de processos de aprendizagem centrados no estudante e para a melhoria da qualidade da educação. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases de dados ERIC, SpringerLink, Latindex e Miguilim, considerando publicações entre 2021 e 2026, nos idiomas português e inglês. Foram utilizados descritores relacionados às metodologias ativas, qualidade da educação e aprendizagem centrada no estudante, sendo selecionados 16 estudos após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Os resultados evidenciaram que as metodologias ativas favorecem o desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico, autonomia, colaboração, motivação acadêmica e aprendizagem significativa em diferentes níveis educacionais. Além disso, demonstraram que a integração de tecnologias digitais potencializa experiências formativas mais dinâmicas, embora permaneçam desafios relacionados à formação docente, reorganização curricular e infraestrutura institucional. Conclui-se que as metodologias ativas representam uma estratégia relevante para qualificar os processos educativos, desde que implementadas com planejamento pedagógico, suporte institucional e valorização da mediação docente.
