Structural racism is a historical and social phenomenon that influences the living conditions, health, and well-being of the Black population, contributing to the maintenance of inequalities in different contexts. In this sense, the present study aimed to analyze the impacts of structural racism on the quality of life of the Black population, considering its social, economic, and health repercussions, as well as the importance of public policies and institutional strategies for promoting racial equity. This is an integrative literature review based on studies published between 2021 and 2026 in Portuguese and English and retrieved from the SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, PubMed, and Virtual Health Library databases. The search was conducted using descriptors related to structural racism, quality of life, and Black population health. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 16 studies were selected for the final sample. The findings showed that structural racism negatively affects access to education, health services, the labor market, and political participation, in addition to influencing indicators related to mental health, human development, and living conditions. It is concluded that confronting racial inequalities requires intersectoral actions, effective public policies, and the strengthening of strategies aimed at promoting social justice and racial equity.
