Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the rights dimensions of pedagogical policy, focusing on the learning process as a guarantee of transforming our practice. It is necessary to analyze the role of the teacher and the school in the learning process. Education is, without a doubt, one of society’s biggest challenges. School is an institution open to everyone, it is everyone's right to enter and remain there. It can contribute significantly by taking into account diversities and providing education for all, constituting the current challenge, that is, meaningful learning for all. Having to assume a new role, changing paradigms and analyzing problems in order to seek interaction between regular education, this highlights that the process is significant, but interaction with others is sought, which allows the individual to build their symbolic representation of the world. Education that learns to live with new ways of learning will learn a lot and will discover that participating in activities is sharing information and experiences that will be beneficial to their development. Therefore, this environment must be prepared to serve everyone. Understanding that transforming and articulating new forms of teaching will lead us to a transformative world of meaningful learning.
