Abstract

This article analyzes the challenges faced by school management in implementing educational technologies within the context of the digital transformation of basic education. The study discusses the role of school management teams in integrating technologies into pedagogical practices, considering aspects such as infrastructure, continuing teacher education, institutional planning, digital inclusion, and the development of technological competencies. Methodologically, the study adopts a qualitative approach based on bibliographic and documentary research, supported by contemporary scientific literature and relevant educational documents. The analysis indicates that digital transformation is not limited to the acquisition of equipment or the availability of technological resources, as it requires changes in organizational culture, pedagogical planning, and teaching and learning processes. It is concluded that school management plays a strategic role in developing innovative and inclusive educational environments capable of using technologies in a critical, ethical, and pedagogically meaningful manner.
