Abstract

Educational management and human resource management are strategic dimensions for strengthening the quality of public education. This study analyzes the relationship between institutional management practices and the appreciation of education professionals as key factors in building more democratic, participatory, and efficient school environments. This is a qualitative study based on a bibliographic review of contemporary authors in educational administration, leadership, public policies, and school management. The findings indicate that participatory leadership, strategic planning, continuing professional development, institutional communication, and staff appreciation promote an organizational culture committed to learning, inclusion, and the continuous improvement of educational outcomes. It is concluded that the integration of educational management and human resource management strengthens pedagogical processes, enhances collective commitment, and contributes to the consolidation of a more equitable, democratic, and socially responsive public education system.
