This study aimed to analyse early speech-languagem intervention strategies for children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), highlighting the importance of differential diagnosis and specialized therapeutic support for communication. An integrative literature review with a qualitative approach was conducted. The search encompassed scientific articles published between 2020 and 2022 across databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, and SciELO. Following the application of eligibility criteria, 13 studies were selected to compose the research corpus The data reveal that CAS is a neurological motor disorder affecting the planning and progamming of speech movement sequences. The studies highlight a high prevalence of comobidities (such as ASD and Down Syndrome) and a lack of standardized assessment protocols within the national scenario. The analysis indicates that interventions initiated before the age of three yield significantly superior results in neuroplasticity and the child`s communicative functionality. It is concluded that early speech-language intervention is decisive in minimizing the social and linguistic impacts of CAS. The success of treatment depends on an accurate diagnosis and a therapeutic plan involving not only the child but also family and school guidance, ensuring the effectiveness of orofacial motor rehabilitation.
