THE IMPORTANCE OF SCHOOL SUPERVISION IN EDUCATION IN SANTA CATARINA

Abstract

This work seeks to understand the importance of the School Supervisor - SE in the school context, through the general objective of knowing the functions of this professional in Santa Catarina schools. The specific objectives defined were: (i) To analyze the public policies relating to the School Supervisor in the educational context; (ii) To identify the duties of this professional based on Law 668 of 2015; and (iii) To highlight the relevance of the School Supervisor in the school environment. The results point to the extreme relevance of the School Supervisor in schools, as well as the need to review Complementary Law No. 668 (SANTA CATARINA, 2015), especially with regard to the guarantees required of the School Supervisor.
