A INFLUÊNCIA DAS COMPETÊNCIAS PEDAGÓGICAS DOCENTES NO DESEMPENHO E NA PARTICIPAÇÃO DOS ESTUDANTES DA EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS

A Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) desempenha papel fundamental na garantia do direito à educação para indivíduos que não concluíram a escolarização na idade regular, exigindo práticas pedagógicas capazes de atender às especificidades desse público. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a influência das competências pedagógicas docentes no desempenho e na participação dos estudantes da Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases de dados Latindex, ERIC e Diadorim, considerando artigos publicados entre 2021 e 2026, nos idiomas português e inglês. A seleção dos estudos foi orientada por critérios de inclusão e exclusão previamente estabelecidos, resultando na análise de 16 publicações científicas. Os resultados evidenciaram que competências relacionadas ao planejamento didático, domínio do conteúdo, utilização de metodologias ativas, comunicação, formação continuada, liderança pedagógica e integração de tecnologias educacionais exercem influência positiva sobre o desempenho acadêmico, a motivação, o pensamento crítico e a participação dos estudantes. Também foi identificado que práticas pedagógicas inclusivas, contextualizadas e culturalmente responsivas fortalecem o vínculo entre professor e estudante, favorecendo a permanência escolar e a aprendizagem significativa na EJA. Conclui-se que o fortalecimento das competências pedagógicas docentes representa um elemento estratégico para a melhoria da qualidade do ensino, contribuindo para ambientes educacionais mais participativos, inclusivos e comprometidos com o desenvolvimento integral dos estudantes. Recomenda-se a realização de estudos empíricos voltados especificamente ao contexto da Educação de Jovens e Adultos, visando ampliar as evidências sobre a temática.
