Abstract

The study analyzes the impact of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) on Education 5.0, highlighting its role in personalizing learning and developing students’ socioemotional skills. It is a qualitative, bibliographic, and exploratory research based on academic works published between 2023 and 2025. The results indicate that GAI enables more personalized, dynamic, and inclusive educational environments, fostering both cognitive and emotional performance. However, the study also highlights ethical and pedagogical challenges related to teacher training and responsible technology use. It concludes that the conscious and critical integration between digital innovation and human values is essential to consolidate Education 5.0 as a model that unites technology, ethics, and humanization.
