This article aims to make legal approaches as well as other sciences about law and the collection of genetic materials, individual and collective protections over the population, its constitutionality, philosophical views of the subject in general, approach to the anti-crime package on the subject, what is the Profile Bank in Brazil and its legality, what is the influence of the LGPD on the collection of genetic material and how relevant, the official means and procedures for collection and, finally, to affirm that the collection of genetic material meets all requirements legal and especially constitutional requirements.
