THE BRAZIL AND THE MULTILATERALISM

The concept of multilateralism is intricate, as it includes various aspects and perspectives. Over the course of the 19th and 20st centuries, multilateralism has evolved, moving beyond the model established by the United States. Therefore, the primary aim of this work is to answer the question: “What is Brazil’s stance on multilateralism?” To explore this, we adopted bibliographic analysis as our research methodology. The first section examines the concept and emergence of multilateralism, while the second focuses on Brazil's positioning and its public policies in the global context.
