The growing food demand and the environmental impacts associated with conventional agriculture urgently require the adoption of sustainable practices. This chapter explores regenerative agriculture as a promising alternative within the scope of biological, agricultural, and environmental sciences. The principles of this approach, its contributions to ecological restoration, biodiversity enhancement, and climate change mitigation are discussed. Through literature review and a case study, we demonstrate that regenerative systems enhance soil health and agroecosystem resilience. The results highlight the technical and ecological viability of this practice, as well as its socioeconomic challenges.
