Abstract

This article addresses the intersection between teacher professional exhaustion (Burnout Syndrome) and the structural challenges of inclusive education in regular schools. It discusses how the intensification of curricular adaptation demands and the lack of material, technical, and multidisciplinary support overburden teachers, turning the classroom into an environment of chronic exhaustion. The research emphasizes that overcoming this scenario requires abandoning the logic of individual blame and implementing effective public policies for well-being, psychological support, protected planning hours, and strong intersectoral articulation among health, education, and family. It is concluded that caring for the educator's mental health is an indispensable prerequisite for the viability and humanity of school inclusion itself.
