The study is a bibliographic review that is centrally based on the context of a Public Higher Education Institution in the State of Goiás, with a focus on the organization of work, with teachers and students as the main research actors. This research used a bibliographic survey, the methodological basis of an exploratory nature. The results point to significant advances, with the implementation of hybrid and remote methodologies, with an advancement of digital pedagogical practices and the strengthening of well-being measures, but with the indication of adjustments and improvements to fully meet the needs of teachers, students and administrative technicians.
