Abstract

The digitalization of production systems has led to significant changes in quality management practices, particularly through the incorporation of technologies associated with Industry 4.0. In this context, the concept of Quality 4.0 emerges, integrating traditional quality management principles with digital technologies aimed at process monitoring and analysis. This study aimed to analyze the main digital tools applied to quality management and to identify the impacts of their use on the implementation of Quality 4.0. To achieve this objective, a systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA protocol, with searches performed in international scientific databases. After applying the eligibility criteria, 11 articles were selected for analysis. The results indicate that technologies such as the Internet of Things, Big Data Analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing enhance the monitoring capacity of production processes and support data-driven decision-making. However, their implementation involves challenges related to system integration, digital infrastructure, and professional training.
