Abstract

The article deals with the right to education and its perception by judicial actors (Public Defender's Office, Public Prosecutor's Office, and Judiciary) in relation to international law. The materialization of the right to education in national law through inspiration from international law on human rights and education. The right to education is a major human rights issue and is necessarily subject to criticism in its practice and implementation.
