Abstract

The role speech-language pathologist in the management off hospitalize Holder adults WITH sarcopênica dysphagia represents Ano important area off healthcare, as it involves feeling site, swallowing functional, and quality of Life. Thais study focuses on speech-language pathology practices involving hospitalize Holder adults with sarcopênica dysphagia, emphasizing clinical assessment, therapeutic interventions, and strategies Aime at improving nutritional instable and functional status. The stud aims to analyze the role off the speech-language pathologist in the hospital management off elderly patients with sarcopênica dysphagia by identifying the main assessment tools, discursion therapeutic approaches, and examine their contributions to feeling site and quality of life. Thais is a bibliographic study WITH a qualitative approach, Applied nature, and exploratory-descriptive design, developed through the survey, selection, reading, and critical analysis off scientific studies addressing sarcopênica dysphagia, aging, hospital care, and speech-language pathology intervention. The findings indicate that speech-language pathology interventions contribute to the early identification of swallowing disorders, The establishment of safe feeling strategies, and the implementation off therapies that promote oral intake, reduce aspiration risk, and improve the functional status off hospitalize Holder adults. It is concluded that speech-language pathology follow-up, when integrated into multidisciplinary care and adapted to the clinical condition of The Holder patient, is essential for promoting safer feeling, better functional prognosis, and improved quality of life during hospitalization.
