EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES: THE ROLE OF TEACHER TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION IN BASIC EDUCATION

This study addresses the use of new technologies in public schools, as well as the challenges they pose for educational purposes. It also evaluates, highlights, recognizes, and discusses the relevance and advantages of using new technologies for teaching, considering the challenges faced by teachers in integrating them into their classes, whether due to a lack of habit and/or training in educational institutions, including students losing focus if they do not receive proper guidance. In this circumstance, the use of new technologies in the pedagogical sphere proves to be detrimental to learning. Therefore, the study seeks to verify a relationship between educational institutions, teachers, and students so that good learning results occur with the use of new technologies, highlighting the importance of a technological perspective for the development of teaching and its better quality.
