Pregnancy is a period of profound physical, hormonal, and emotional changes, requiring special and safe care for the health of both the mother and the baby. Homeopathy, as an integrative practice recognized by the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), stands out as an effective, accessible therapeutic option with virtually no significant side effects. This therapeutic approach individualizes treatment by addressing not only physical symptoms but also the emotional and social aspects that involve the pregnant woman. The aim of this article is to provide an in-depth analysis of the benefits and safety of homeopathy during pregnancy, highlighting its main clinical indications, therapeutic foundations, and practical application through real clinical cases. The research considers both the theoretical foundations of homeopathy and the clinical experience of the author, reinforcing the relevance of this practice in the context of prenatal care. The clinical results presented demonstrate the effectiveness of homeopathic treatment in managing symptoms such as nausea, anxiety, insomnia, fluid retention, urinary tract infections, and birth preparation, promoting quality of life and greater maternal well-being. It is concluded that homeopathy is a safe and effective tool that contributes to comprehensive care for both mother and baby, being fully compatible with conventional health practices and applicable in both private and public healthcare settings.
