Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder affecting children and adolescents, characterized by inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. The conventional approach includes the use of psychotropic drugs, which often cause adverse effects. This article proposes an alternative approach using Homeopathy as a safe and humanized integrative practice. Through literature review and clinical case reports, the effect of individualized homeopathic treatment was analyzed in patients diagnosed with ADHD. The results demonstrate significant clinical improvement, reinforcing the importance of integrating this approach into child care strategies within Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS).
