The child’s immune system is one of the fundamental pillars of health and development. During early childhood, the body is undergoing continuous immunological maturation, making it more susceptible to infections and recurrent illnesses. In this context, homeopathy emerges as an integrative, safe, and effective approach to naturally stimulate immune defenses, promoting balance and prevention without the side effects commonly associated with conventional treatments. This article analyzes the contributions of homeopathy to pediatric immune care, highlighting its principles, practical applications, and clinical evidence. It also presents therapeutic experiences with homeopathic medicines in strengthening children's immune systems, especially in cases of recurrent infections, allergies, and respiratory diseases. The proposal is to encourage the inclusion of homeopathy as a complementary care strategy for child health.
