SCHOOL VIOLENCE AND BULLYING: EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES FOR PREVENTION, IDENTIFICATION, AND INTERVENTION IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

School violence and bullying are problems that interfere with interpersonal relationships, students' well-being, and the development of the educational process. Their manifestations may involve physical, verbal, psychological, and relational aggression, as well as practices occurring in digital environments, requiring schools to recognize situations of intimidation and distinguish them from everyday conflicts. This study is characterized as a qualitative and descriptive literature review and aims to analyze educational strategies for the prevention, identification, and management of school violence and bullying. The methodology was based on the analysis of scientific publications, legislation, and institutional documents related to school coexistence, bullying, cyberbullying, a culture of peace, and the protection of children and adolescents. The results indicate that isolated actions have limited effectiveness when they are not incorporated into a continuous policy of prevention and monitoring. The findings highlight the importance of training education professionals, establishing safe communication channels, engaging students and families, providing support to those involved, and coordinating actions with protection networks. It is concluded that addressing bullying requires planned and continuous institutional action, contributing to the development of safer, more respectful, and inclusive school environments.
