CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE INTERNATIONAL CONTEXT

Abstract

The respective study addresses the construction of the dimensionality of the importance of the human being under definitions and conceptions about human dignity in the international scenario, structuring the defense and protection of fundamental social rights, formulating the current idea of dignity interpreted under correlations, principles and norms. The importance of human rights has been concerned under the countless cruelties against humanity that violate the rights that, through policies, instruments and strategies, provide the effectiveness of the international scope, prevailing the guarantee of the dignity of the human person under the united forces of the porous States and susceptible to various external pressures and respecting the minimum conditions for a dignified human being in the fight against forms of identity, social and cultural discrimination, recognizing them as subjects of naturally intrinsic and universal rights, resulting in the recognition of being worthy of all human beings the guarantees and rights inherent to their human condition, regardless of their nationality. This work is developed with the general objective of analyzing the contexts of the challenges and perspectives that influence the implementation of Human Rights at the international level. The scientific research was carried out through a bibliographic review focusing on scientific evidence that supports the foundations of the challenges and perspectives of international human rights. The study resulted in the search for international recognition of human rights under the effect of international political arguments covering up private interests, visualizing the transformative potential of the international order by discussing the adoption of coercive mechanisms in the protection of human rights with humanitarian intervention. Concluding, therefore, the defense and protection of human rights concerned with the basic rights and freedoms of all human beings, assuming access to the elementary conditions for a dignified life, guaranteeing freedom of thought and expression and equality before the law that involve human life without any discrimination.
