Resumo

A fibromialgia constitui uma síndrome crônica multifatorial caracterizada por dor persistente, fadiga, alterações emocionais e limitações funcionais que comprometem significativamente a qualidade de vida dos indivíduos acometidos. O manejo dessa condição requer uma abordagem integrada, considerando a interação entre aspectos físicos, psicológicos e sociais. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as evidências científicas sobre a integração entre os serviços de saúde mental e reabilitação física no manejo da fibromialgia, considerando as relações entre dor crônica, sofrimento psíquico, funcionalidade e cuidado integral. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada nas bases PubMed, Latindex e repositórios Open Journal Systems, contemplando estudos publicados entre 2021 e 2026, nos idiomas português e inglês. Os achados demonstraram que intervenções interdisciplinares envolvendo reabilitação física, suporte psicológico, terapias mente-corpo e estratégias de autocuidado contribuem para redução da dor, melhora funcional, fortalecimento emocional e ampliação da qualidade de vida. Conclui-se que a integração entre saúde mental e reabilitação física é fundamental para promover um cuidado integral, humanizado e baseado no modelo biopsicossocial.
