This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and impacts of implementing ergonomic blitzes in workplaces to promote employee health, safety, and productivity. Utilizing a systematic review of the literature, articles published in the past 10 years on workplace ergonomics and ergonomic blitzes were examined. The research identified that ergonomic blitzes are proactive and effective tools for the rapid identification and correction of ergonomic issues, resulting in a significant reduction in musculoskeletal injuries and improvement in employee comfort. Additionally, the implementation of this practice showed an increase in productivity and worker satisfaction. However, the review also revealed challenges in implementation, such as cultural resistance and lack of resources. Future trends include advancements in digital technologies and the integration of interdisciplinary approaches. Investing in customized research and more effective tools will be essential to ensuring more adaptable and healthier work environments. It is concluded that ergonomics and ergonomic blitzes are essential for worker well-being and efficiency, contributing to better quality of life at work and increased productivity.
