REVOLUÇÃO TECNOLÓGICA E BIG DATA NA SAÚDE 4.0: PERSPECTIVAS E DESAFIOS PARA O SISTEMA DE SAÚDE PÚBLICA BRASILEIRO

Resumo

A ascensão das tecnologias digitais tem gerado transformações nos sistemas de saúde, impulsionando o conceito de Saúde 4.0 — um novo modelo assistencial que integra Big Data, inteligência artificial, Internet das Coisas Médicas (IoMT) e outras ferramentas digitais. No Brasil, a implementação dessas tecnologias no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) representa tanto uma oportunidade quanto um desafio, devido às desigualdades estruturais, limitações de infraestrutura e à falta de capacitação técnica.

Este artigo tem como objetivo revisar a literatura recente sobre os impactos e desafios da integração da Saúde 4.0 no sistema público de saúde brasileiro. Foi realizada uma revisão narrativa da literatura, com pesquisa nas bases PubMed e IEEE Xplore, utilizando critérios de inclusão e exclusão rigorosos e análise qualitativa.

Os resultados foram organizados em cinco eixos: fundamentos da Saúde 4.0; aplicações do Big Data na saúde pública; tecnologias emergentes; desafios no SUS; e perspectivas futuras. Constatou-se que, embora o avanço tecnológico tenha potencial transformador, sua eficácia depende de governança ética, políticas públicas integradas e fortalecimento da equidade.
