This paper analyzes the film Pokémon 3: The Spell of the Unown from the perspective of Humanistic Geography and Geographic Education, emphasizing the notions of place, topophilia, landscape, emotional geographies, and geopsychic place. It starts from the understanding that the transformation of Greenfield into crystal and the centrality of Hale Manor are not merely narrative resources of the fantasy universe, but express a spatiality shaped by affection, absence, and Molly's imagination. The objective is to interpret how the film represents lived space as an affective experience and how this reading can contribute to reflection on the teaching of Geography. Methodologically, this is a bibliographic research, with a qualitative and interpretative approach, based on publications from 2021 to 2025 on place, affectivity, place-based education, and emotional geographies. The analysis shows that space, when detached from human experience, tends to be perceived as an inert setting; conversely, when traversed by memory and belonging, it becomes a significant place. It can be concluded that film narrative offers relevant insights for thinking about geographical learning as a process of making sense of the world, in which feeling, inhabiting, and interpreting spaces constitutes an essential part of the subject's formation.
