Abstract

This article presents a systematic literature review on the knowledge and practices of teaching in higher education, covering the period from 2018 to 2024. Initially, it discusses the constitution of teaching knowledge, highlighting its multidimensional nature that includes pedagogical, ethical, and relational aspects beyond disciplinary knowledge. Next, it analyzes the role of teaching internships in postgraduate studies as a formative space for building professional identity and developing pedagogical competencies. Finally, it addresses contemporary pedagogical challenges, emphasizing the critical incorporation of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the adoption of dialogical and inclusive practices. The methodology used was a systematic literature review, based on the selection and careful analysis of scientific articles published during the specified period.
