The study analyzes the use of the SICNET computerized system as a commercial management tool in the company Gabryella Móveis, located in Júlio Borges – PI, Brazil. It is a case study developed during the Supervised Internship I of the Administration course at Universidade Aberta do Piauí. The methodology adopted was mixed, combining qualitative observation of operational routines with quantitative analysis of sales, inventory, customer, and delinquency reports. The theoretical framework was based on authors such as Chiavenato, Laudon & Laudon, and Gil, who discuss organizational efficiency, information systems, and research methods. The results revealed that SICNET plays a central role in organizing commercial information, offering accuracy in records and agility in operations. However, the lack of standardization in procedures such as collections was identified, which compromises the strategic use of the system. The concept of “sustainable” was materialized in the reduction of operational waste, such as rework and excessive use of paper, while the term “inclusive” was evidenced by the accessibility of the interface, which allowed the participation of employees with different educational levels. It is concluded that SICNET is a valuable tool for the commercial management of small companies, strengthening financial control, routine integration, and democratization of access to information.
