Abstract

The present study analyzes the relevance of Third Sector entities in the operationalization of the right to health, specifically regarding therapeutic care for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Given the complexity of public management and the gaps in the direct state network, partnerships with civil society organizations have become essential mechanisms to guarantee specialized and multidisciplinary assistance.
