Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are a global emergency, and understanding the behavioral and metabolic risk factors that influence cardiovascular health, increasing the incidence of CVD, is of utmost importance so that clinical practices can improve diagnosis and prognosis based on the analysis of marker levels, such as NT-proBNP, which can signal cardiovascular lesions, determining the state of cardiovascular health.
