Learning in Basic Education goes beyond the transmission of content and is fundamentally constituted as a relational process, built through interactions, dialogue, and everyday coexistence. This article aims to discuss the centrality of human relationships in the learning process throughout Basic Education, emphasizing the importance of dialogue, respect, and face-to-face interaction in a context marked by the advancement of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Based on a theoretical approach grounded in the National Common Curricular Base and contributions from psychology and education, the text analyzes how interactions among students, teachers, and knowledge foster meaningful learning and integral development. The reflections highlight that although technologies expand pedagogical possibilities, they do not replace presence, listening, and human bonds, which are essential elements for ethical, social, and emotional formation. It is concluded that strengthening human relationships in the school context represents an indispensable pedagogical and ethical commitment to more humanized and meaningful education.
