INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN IN EDUCATION: STRATEGIES, BENEFITS, AND CHALLENGES IN TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION

This text discusses instructional design practices in the current educational scenario, taking into account the impact of digital technologies on education. Instructional design is a method that seeks to plan, create and apply learning strategies based on pedagogical theories and technological tools. Among its main benefits are the customization of learning, which meets the individual demands of students, and the increase in engagement through interactive methods, such as gamification and videos. However, it also faces considerable obstacles, such as unequal access to technologies, which impacts equality in education, and the lack of adequate training for teachers to handle these tools efficiently. The study also addresses the dangers of technological dependence and the difficulties of infrastructure in educational contexts. Ultimately, it is concluded that, in order to maximize the advantages of instructional design, it is crucial to invest in teacher training and in public policies that ensure equal access to technology.
