BETWEEN SUFFERING AND LIBERATION: HAPPINESS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SIDDHĀRTA GAUTAMA

This article examines the Eastern philosophical of Siddãrta Gautama, known in Eastern thought as Budhha. Their concepts resolve around how to find the path to happiness. Gautama spent a long time in his life to achieve it, because it was necessary, in the first place, to find a way out to overcome the suffering. This, in turn, as a very strong connection with human desires, which provide false happiness. In this articles we wil also see about the eightfold path that serves as a code of ethics, the correct way to act. Then, we willstudy the acquisition of Nirvana as an eternal state of non-being contemplated by Gautama.
