This chapter discusses strategic management in schools, highlighting planning, pedagogical innovation, and educational outcomes. The main objective is to analyze how strategic practices can contribute to improving teaching quality and academic performance. The methodology is qualitative, based on case studies in schools from different contexts, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with managers and documentary analysis of institutional plans and reports. The results indicate that implementing well-structured strategies, combined with technological innovation and the engagement of the teaching team, positively impacts learning indicators and the satisfaction of the school community. It is concluded that strategic management not only organizes internal processes but also enhances educational effectiveness, promoting more collaborative and adaptable environments to contemporary educational demands. It is recommended that schools invest in continuous training for managers and incorporate tools for monitoring results to support evidence-based decision-making.
