COLLABORATIVE TOOLS IN EDUCATION: TRANSFORMING THE DYNAMICS OF TEACHING AND LEARNING

The present study aims to investigate the impact of collaborative tools on the educational process, highlighting how these technologies can transform the interaction between teachers and students. The central theme addresses the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) into the school environment, emphasizing the need for pedagogical adaptation for effective use. The methodology employed includes a literature review on the use of collaborative tools and their implications in education, as well as an analysis of pedagogical practices that incorporate these technologies. The paper discusses the importance of continuous teacher training and technological infrastructure to maximize the benefits of collaborative tools. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that the adoption of digital technologies not only improves administrative efficiency but also enriches the teaching and learning process, fostering a more participatory and interactive environment. The author stresses that collaboration is essential for the development of critical thinking and the collective construction of knowledge, suggesting that education must evolve to meet the demands of contemporary society.
