INOVAÇÃO, SEGURANÇA E HUMANIZAÇÃO COM TECNOLOGIAS DO CUIDADO NA UTI NEONATAL: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA

Este estudo objetivou identificar e descrever as tecnologias do cuidado empregadas na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTIN) pela equipe interdisciplinar, analisando suas contribuições para a inovação, a segurança e a humanização da assistência ao recém-nascido pré-termo (RNPT). Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases PUBMED/MEDLINE, EMBASE, WEB OF SCIENCE, SCOPUS, SCIELO e LILACS, no período de janeiro de 2020 a outubro de 2025. Foram incluídos onze artigos originais disponíveis na íntegra, nos idiomas português, inglês ou espanhol, que abordavam tecnologias leves, leve-duras e duras utilizadas na UTIN. Os resultados evidenciaram que tecnologias leves, como intervenções sensoriais estruturadas, massagem auricular e musicoterapia, favorecem a regulação autonômica, o conforto e o manejo da dor. As tecnologias leve-duras, como protocolos clínicos, escalas e práticas baseadas em evidências, fortalecem a padronização do cuidado, aprimoram a tomada de decisão e contribuem para a segurança clínica. As tecnologias duras, incluindo sistemas informatizados, monitorização sem contato, dispositivos personalizados e suporte digital avançado, ampliam a precisão diagnóstica e o monitoramento contínuo. Conclui-se que a integração qualificada dessas tecnologias, aliada à capacitação profissional e à atenção a princípios de equidade e sustentabilidade, potencializa a humanização e os desfechos clínicos do RNPT.
